It looks like something? *squint* A... conch shell? An exploded chicken? What do you believe it looks like? It doesn't look to me like anything in the natural world (those definitions only popped up after I stared at it a while trying to figure out what it looked like).
Abstractly, the spiral centerpiece looks like a window into the night sky/Milky Way, which is quite interesting. It looks like it extends into a depth beyond the background, giving the illusion of height. =) Don't know whether you intended that or not, but it's quite an impressive effect.
